When You Arrive
Arrival Information
Check-In Time
Check-in is after 2:00 PM. Your site number will be available in Campspot 2 days before arrival. If your site is locked in, the number will not change.
Self Check-In
Dakota Sunsets operates on a self-service check-in system. Complete your online check-in through Campspot before arriving — no need to stop at an office.
Find Your Site
Use the Length Guide to confirm your site, then follow the color-coded Entry Guide path. Do not deviate — tight turns require the correct approach.
Free WiFi
Connect to "Dakota Sunsets" WiFi — no password required. High-speed internet available throughout the campground.
5 MPH Speed Limit
Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit throughout the campground at all times. Children and pets may be present anywhere on the grounds.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is after 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may be subject to additional fees.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
Pets Welcome
Well-behaved pets are welcome! Please keep pets on a leash at all times and clean up after them. Dog park available.
Speed Limit
5 MPH speed limit throughout the campground. Children and pets may be present at any time.
Campfires
Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings only. Never leave a fire unattended. Firewood available for purchase.
Trash
Please use the designated dumpsters for all trash. Keep your site clean and tidy throughout your stay.
Water Conservation
Please be mindful of water usage. Do not leave water running when not in use.
Visitors
Day visitors must register at check-in. Overnight visitors require prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.
